HPG Logo Design

HPG - High Performance Government - is a program specifically designed by the City of Tulsa to increase efficiency in operation. We used black, blue and gold, the same color palette as the official City of Tulsa seal. The star in the top-right corner adds a Native American flair and is an essential element in the City of Tulsa Seal. The top part of the star is an upward arrow, symbolized a better, leaner and more efficient operation. The design is intended to be simple, so it can be used or reproduced for many different occasions or materials.
